Charles Brierley, has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and 10 years running a business. He has exceptional abilities in the area of evaluating safety, character assessments, and excellent observation skills. Charles has been assisting Gladys in the areas of surveillance part time for the past year. He has also conducted counter surveillance and is technically proficient in the areas of bug sweeping, and checking electronics manually. Additionally he is mechanically inclined and knows when something mechanically has been tampered in a vehicle, engine and computer. Charles has a blend in personality and appearance and can easily hide in plain sight and or work undercover as required. He is especially adept in manufacturing settings.
