Internship in Probation for 10 months in 68th District Court, Flint Michigan.Conducted presentence investigations into client homelife, background and present living conditions, wrote reports with recommendations to sentencing judges.
Worked in mental health field for a total of three years with criminally insane as well as clients preparing to reintegrate into socieity. Extensive report writing, testing, evaluations, observations on a constant basis during the shift.

Gladys is also a licensed life insurance producer and certified to market mortgages in the state of Mississippi.
Charles Brierley
Charles Brierley, has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and 10 years running a business. He has exceptional abilities in the area of promoting safety, character assessments, and excellent observation skills. Charles has been assisting Gladys in the areas of surveillance part time for the past year. He has also conducted countersurveillance and is technically proficient in the areas of bug sweeping, checking electronics manually. Additionally he is a mechanic and knows when something has been tampered with in a vehical, engine etc. Charles has a blend in personality and appearance and can easily hide in plain sight and or work undercover as required.
Charles is a member of the Mississippi Professional Investigators Association, the Alabama Private Investigator Association and the National Association of Investigative Specialists. Chares has had training and a class in surveillance, marketing, was member of his factory safety team, and is knowledgeable in the areas of mechanics, electricity, computers, construction and carpentry.
